I recently checked my entry post and it read Jan 2009, which effectively was the last post that I have entered into before disappearing .

Now I realized that what I should have done was to maintain blogging but only for important issues and readable topics that I think are worthy of someone's time.

I seriously cannot comprehend as to how some people can blog every other day on various issues that they come across. Are their lives that interesting??

In any case, a thought came into my head.What if blogging to them is therapeutic and somewhat necessary ??

And I also noticed while reading their blogs, how much things have changed with regards to how they view life and how they life has changed. It really feels like reading a autobiography in progress. Which is kinda interesting really.

So I gonna restart writing, and hopefully this will document my progress and changed so that when I turn back and see how long I have come, it would be so foreign in the end..

I though of writing about something that from memory that happen in 2006. Back then I had just joined CHC and there was this outing planned by w16 to lala cheong. Wow it’s been a while and yet I still remember it so clearly. We went in a few cars and I sat in Mervyn car. I think we were talking about getting a life partner and there was concern about not getting one for Kay Jin I think. Steph then suggested to pray for him in tongues.It's not funny right now but the irony of the situation made it funny back then. Yeah good memories. Miss the good old days.

On last Sunday which is the 18 of January, I went painballing with a couple of friends. After hearing so much about this activity and how fun it was i just had to give it a go.

And yeah it's hell a lot of fun, but the only drawback on this activity is that it's not the cheapest activity to do.The price goes something like RM 50 for students and Rn 65 for adults.

Nevertheless it's still fun and worth every bit of the price. So the did the elimination round where yougot to shoot everyone from the other team to win and capture the flag or in this case the box which was positioned right in the middle of the field.

It when on for about 3 hours and yeah we got one heck of a workout.I don;t have the pictures of the event yet but I can show you the results of the paintball event.

I was just thinking recently about an issue that has always been swimming in my mind .Due to a comment by another person, it just made me think harder.

The comment was:

Why is it so hard for guys to make friends and hang out together?

So the thought that was running in my mind is : Yeah that's true.Way too true. It's so much easier for girls to bond and potentially hang out together. Not so for guys.

So at the risk of sounding rather lame,I am thinking that we men should make more of an effort to get to know each other.It's not easy.In my most cynical point of thinking I reckon that girls don't really need us guys in a friendship as much as they would rely on their female friends and guys don't really need guys as much as well .

So does this mean that guys are doomed to fail in this area and we will never be able to form meaningfully friendships with other guys?What happen to the friendships like in band of brothers ? Still need your football kaki sessions to create some friendship?Do we need to join some military outfit just to form some kind of friendship with other men?It should be way easier for friendships to form.

Come on guys, stop focusing your attention on females only.Caused the truth at the end of the day is that if we don't help ourself we risk alienating ourself from other men.

Recently I was at low yat plaza enquiring about computer related products and handphone prices. I then proceeded to a booth which sold handphones.

There was this dude who was operating the booth looking rather aloof. The conversation then like this:

Me: Hi there, I would like to enquire on the best price for nokia 3600?

Man:(Looking like he didn't really care ,then took the price list and then checked): Rm650

Me: So it is the best price right?

Man: Look sir, I am educated ok.Do you want me to repeat that again for you in English? Do you want me to explain that the price is in Rm which is Ringgit Malaysia?

Me: ( I just looked at him blankly and walked away)

All I can say is that this happen to me for the very first time and I WILL NOT be going to that booth again...

For those who don't know there is the place at Annexed Gallery that sells art and has a very good art exhibition centre. It quite new and it got a bit of selection there other then your normal tourist stuff. The best description would be like central market sell the tourist material while the art for locals are sold in Annexed.

There is this shop which sells graffiti products eg art and pictures as well as shirts. It worth a look and it got a good selection of things to pick from.

In addition to that there is the performance studios where they hold workshops for people who are interested.

I getting a good feeling that KL is getting more culturally aware so to speak.I hope to see more of this in KL.

When I first started this blog, you could see the determination, dedication and persistence that I had in updating, writing and commenting on the everyday events and happenings. Now after such a long time, I finally step into this blog and I feel like I am walking into a stranger’s domain. What happened in between? The best that I can say is that I got lazy and life became every so mundane.

But a lot has changed and I getting back into the grove of writing and spurning the regular rubbish that my mind dwells on.

Wow 3 months and counting. That how long I have not post anything on this page. I really should be reprimanded for neglecting this blog for so long.But I have reasons for why I didn't blog since April.

First it was the examination which are thankfully over. Then we have the incredible Internet connection that keep this country running. It is beyond slow and amazingly still works considering the facts that I am blogging right now using their service. To the provider please upgrade your service!!

Facebook also let me to being lazy to blog. The lack of usage of grey matter and the addictiveness of this website far overweight the need for me to blog. Damn getting lazy and stupid.

But I guess I should blog more often as it exercises the usage of my language and allows my non utelized brain to be stimulated.Haha.

Last Night I manage to catch a program on the History Channel. In case some of you don't know what is the history channel all about, it a channel on ASTRO dedicated to what else History haha. Well it a great channel and I am surprised that the good folks at ASTRO took such a long time to bring in such good and great channel to Malaysia.

Anyway for those who know me will know that I like history sorry correct that I love history. It is possible one of things that I excel in best and I adore all things historical.

So when I was randomly surfing the channels after a long day of study and bump into the program entitled" Modern wonders of the 1980's" I knew I had to watch it. Boy was I pleased. It was a program about the wonders of the 80's and how people live and the technology that was available at that time. A trip down memory lane with all the technology available such as the Rubics cube, the Atari and apple computer, the De lorean and many others.

I can't believe this. I grew up with a faint memory of all these gadgets. I can't believe that theses things are still readily available in the market and you can still purchase it.Wicked!

Also manage to catch another program "Hippies". This program covers an era far older then me and like everyone else I know. Watching the era and the period that my pop and ma lived in I realised then that anything crazy in this ear will be no comparison to the madness and the insanity that the era produced. I mean Charles Manson, Beatles, Acid and weird clothing is more then I can bear. Well do to anyone who was born in the 50's and 60's. You guys are solely responsible for all the moral decay of the 20th century. HAHA.

Yeah I glad I glad I was born in the 80's and grew up in the 90's. This was possible the best time to grow up with expection to being born in the 90's and growing up in the new millennium.

I can imagine what the HISTORY CHANNEL will say about GEN Y in the future..

Yeah you read this right.This blog post will probably put you to sleep and if it doesn't then it will probably put you off from reading another blog post from this blog ever again.

But as just all blog post are a reflection and collection of thoughts in one mind and as just should be a place where I can pen down (on in this case type down) my thought.

I was thinking just how much people change.I notice that when someone is given a task and responsibility and he or she takes the task seriously, the result is astounding and forces me to challenge my thought and mindset on what I can do. It has made me come to a conclusion that anyone is capable of doing many things especially if the focus and reliance is one HIM.

I also notice that some people don't get it easy.Better do something about it.

Sometimes people change.Time to move on but never forget the person because sometimes we will meet again.

I must take and make a bolder move.I am getting stagnant.But how?

The play at CHC was great. Easter play at CHC are always good and the production is always thought provoking. What caught my attention was the fluidity displayed by the actor and actresses in the play. This is amazing as the people involved in the play are by no means professional actor or actresses which makes this an amazing fact.

What sort of dedication and effort would be needed to pull of such as play? It is the unflattering desire to see the performance reaching a certain standard?Or is it to ensure that the play is entertaining and worth remembering?

I think the reason why these people practised so hard is because they want to ensure that what they do impacts lives of the people who watch it.How is it then that when we watch these plays that we get so affected by the message that is being presented?

I think it has got to do with all the hard work and dedication that was put into this production.I glad that I came.This is to the cast and crew.

Sunburst music festival came and went, and I didn't go for it. At RM 200 a pop, you gonna need divine intervention to in order to go.

But then someone text me informing me that a friend of hers was selling the ticket's at RM 70 which is a discounted price of RM 130! And this message came in a the eleventh hour. So I guess I had too pass ,I was already preoccupied.

I should make it for this events.After all it isn't every time that some organiser takes the time and effort to put this events all together. Well I guess better luck next time..

By now the dust has settle down and people went on with their lives.But seriously due to the fact that this blog post came in so late, I was contemplating whether or not to write this down. so I thought what the heck, after all this is gonna be part of history and it is just too important not to record down. Besides, it just happen not too long ago, though it feels like many months have passed since then.

The 12th General elections was amazing. I mean it has got to be the most anticipated elections ever in the history of Malaysia and everyone from the politically savvy to the aphetic took notice.

How could they not take notice. This has got to be the most important event in Malaysia. Heck even the National day events might not be able to compare to the important's of this event.

The results were shocking and the events that followed as well. But I am glad for all this changed as it is an indication that people are thinking or at least want changed in their lives. This is good as this would allow things to be shake up a bit in order to ensured that everyone doesn't get too comfortable with their current position.

But what was more important is that democracy is well and alive. So who said that only the West practises democracy...

The elections are here. There posters are everywhere. And as such , this would probabaly be the time when most people are most socially aware of the polictical social surrondings around them.

Personally I think it is a good thing. I would like to see it as a report card on the progress of the country.Things need to be shake up once in a while and I can't see a better way to do things then to have a general election.

The candidates and parties have spoken, the people have (or going to) make up their minds and tommorow we shall know the results. The moment of truth has arrived.

I been meaning to write about this for a while but it just never materialised until pretty much today. Well here goes.

Most recently I have come upon an incident regarding communication between people. You know how it is when sometimes there are some people that appear not to be interested in talking to you and pretty much give you less attention then they would show to a complete stranger?

Well I of course have experienced this. But wait, that not what this post is about. The reason why I am writing this post is that I myself might have been guilty in perpetrating such behaviour. Not that it was intentional, it is just that when I reflected back on the incident, I realised that I might have treated the person rather shabbily and that I should have taken more of an effort in dealing with this matter.

I know that not everyone gonna take that step in making and showing more effort but I guess I should have done so. It worth a try .After all actions do speak louder than words.

Wow it has been ages since I wrote anything here on this blog. Well it looks like I gonna have more free time now since I quit my job to go back to full time.Nuts I am doing this over again. I getting tired of this. But I know what I do it for the better and I will have to make it no matter what.

I have realised that I have now have this big void that has been present in my daily life which was the absents of work. I know find it hard to believe that I have live like this previously as a student.

I guess that when I get older I become more aware of the progress of my life and other people lives as well.

Heath Ledger is dead. Really. I don't believe it.Hard to accept this fact really. What really happen? I heard the news when I was online and I heard the on the telly that he was dead. Now I am not a fan or a film critic but it is still shocking to hear these sort of things.And he is pretty young, 28 years old according to the reports.

It makes me wonder then. How unpredictable life is. Cliche',but true.

Christmas is coming. It that month again. In conjunction with that month, I will be counting down the days to Christmas. Can you believe it, I can't get myself to set up the Christmas tree? Have I become that LAZY? First I stop bloggin and now I can't get myself to set up the Happy Tree?

Yeah I kinda wish that the Chrsitmas tree would set itself up like it always does courtesy of my younger brother but last year and this year he's not been around so the job fall to the person who raises the issue of setting it up. I promise on my dear life that I will not bring the issue up this year and if I do I am certain I will spent the rest of the day setting up the tree.

I should have left the tree alone last DEC. 16 days to Christmas...

What happen last month.

Since I haven't wrote anything for one whole month, I thought I would do a overall view on what happen last month.

Well the first thing that comes to mind was the wedding of a classmate back in High School.As always, the photos are somewhere out there and I will probable get in sometime soon. Anyway, I was pretty surprise that I was invited cause it's been a while .But thank you very much for including me in the list and I shall remember this always.

Then came another wedding announcement .This time, it was from a relative and it's gonna be held today at Kuala Lumpur. What is this, the season of marriage? I getting concern with all these issue, maybe I need to hang out more with more single people. Haha :P

There was quite a number of event going on and I was glad that I attended some, like the most Project Bazooka nights.Can't recall whether I watched any movies recently. But I am hoping to catch " I Am Legend" and the "Golden Compass."

I have also been spending too much time on facebook.I consider this and sleeping as the two things that I excel very well.Consider this, that social network website has been around in the beginning of this year and it has made all if not most of us into junkies. It dangerous I say.

I hope I will never have to stop using it..

Haircut

So I am due for a haircut and I was just wondering where I should get my hair cut. Now I am the kind of person who practises brand loyalty meaning I usually go to the same person or use the same product for a long period of time.However in this case, I was just wondering whether I should make a slight change in my life and yes I did. I glad I did cause I just discovered a really good place to cut hair.

In case you guys miss out on it, it's called X-cut. It's been around for quite a while and there are many outlets in KL. They have this system where they charge a flat fee of Rm15 for a haircut and there is an option to purchase additional hair styling prodcuts for a price which is cheap too.

Well the service is great, the atmosphere is pleasant and there is a lot of styles that you can explore. I really wanna post pics of this place but I can't due to :-

1) I didn't have camera at that time.
2) Have to upload the pics
3) Have to edit the photos.
4)Have to store the photos and lastly
5)Don't have camera.

Now if you think all this sounds like pure laziness, it is. I really should make more effort to blog with more photos. But then again, at least I am writing something.

Another trip on the same week.

No I am not kidding you. I went up to another highlands this time.Cameron Highlands to be exact. This must be the most whacked weekend that I ever went thru. I mean after a exhausting 5 days I continued on a extended holiday. But it was worth it too.

This time, I went with a bunch of friends that I have known since High School. (You guys rock). We had planned this trip for about 3 weeks now and we brought up cooking utesils for a steamboat dinner.

Boy was it worth it. There was a lot of things that you should do in a lifetime and having steamboat in the mountaintop is one of them. I mean the cool air( Now I know I said I miss the fresh cool air in the last post, but pls ignore that sentence) ,good food and company was enough to make me forget about KL,(gasps of Horror)at least for a while.( sighs of relieve)

Anyway we only spend like 1 day on top and the next day we went back to KL.I don't have pics of that event but I shall try to post them up soon.

The long weekend,Part 1

Well I just realised that I never wrote anything about the POTS camp 2007 that I attended at Peacehaven in Genting Highlands.Oh well I might as well write about it now.The camp was held on the 12.10.2007 -17.10.2007. The initial of the camp would stand for Professional of Tomorrow where 3 professions namely teachers,lawyers and doctors met to dicuss to various topics and issue that affect both us and the nation.

I must say that the camp went beyond my expectations. It was amazing to say the least.Maybe that because I went without any expectations.However 200 happy campers can't be wrong and this shows that FES really did a good job. God Bless the good people of FES they really did a terrific job considering this is the first camp of this nature that was organised.

The camp was divided into talks,workshops,games and act ivies. There was never a dull moment and amazingly we(at least most of us) manage to stay in a locked compound for 5 days !!! If this was an ordinary scenario, this would constituted to be false imprisonment I sure.Haha

I also manage to met new people and at the same time reinenforce current friendships.What was shocking was how connected everyone appear to be.I will address this issue a bit later.Truly shocking.

Anyway, there was a more serious note on this camp which would be the underlining message would be that occupied the minds of many.

It gave me food for thought where it made me realised that I shouldn't give up so easily on this issue.That because there are many things that are worth fighting for. But I would say that the most compelling reason would be because there are still people who care.

I am indeed moved.May God grant me wisdom to make the correct decision.

Now this blog has not been updated for a week. I was out of KL for about close to week and as such, was unable to gain any form of internet access to write something.

Anyhow, these days I seem to be unable to write anything that would be deem interesting of sorts. It appears that the longer I blog, the less interesting I become. Now I think this should not be the case and as such it should be the other way around where the longer I blog, the more skilled and exciting I should be.

If there is one thing I am good at, that would be remembering irrelevant things that no one usually remembers. That means recalling things that has happen for the moment and may be deemed insignificant the next time.

Sometimes people ask me how I do that.Well to be honest it just appears in my mind.Usually it is random stuff that appears and I usually don't attempt to recall it in the first place.Maybe it has got to do with something I saw or heard that triggered the memory in the first place.Anyway, to demonstrate what I mean, last night I was just chilling when this came to mind. Now notice how random the song is.In fact I don't think that anyone I know actively remembers in. It would probably come to mind when you hear and see it .This is what I mean.

That would be the last time I actually posted something on this blog.I could post something in between those days but I was too preoccupied.Actually this is not a big deal and heck I don't think that this post is actually worth writing about. It is just that I tend to treat log posts like something of a routine.This mean that if I don't write something, the day would feel incomplete.

Anyway,a couple of changes since the last post. I got myself a job but it wasn't something that I expect.But I gonna do it for a while and apply for other things.Lets see what the future holds.

I trying to out a link to this blog on a social network shout out. Problem is that it is not working.No manner how hard I try, it just won't register right.Somehow the link is always broken and will not register right.

The voice of CORTANA rings in space and time and the final battle for earth and humantiy is being fought right in our doorstep. It wasn't suppose to be like this but this is what happen. The storyline itself is far better then some movie scpricts and there is thought that they are gonna make a movie out of it. I gonna be there first to watch it.

The game itself is great and some @@@@@ had all the time in the world to post Clips from the game on Youtube. Well here they are...

This morning I was logging on to Youtube when I notice this on the front page. It was about New Zealand. Now I not to sure about tourist arrivals but New Zealand does seem a bit quiet and wtihdrawn when it comes to promoting it's own country.

The fact that we can intervene and change the course of the outcome would be reason enough to take action. However just because you can change something it doesn't mean that you have to get involved in everything. Something the hardest thing do to is to do nothing.If you look at it in another way, you are actually contributing to the situation by not getting involved.

What is important is discretion and what you hold dear to you and belief. If you think that you should do something and have taken into consideration all the factors and have prempt all the possible outcomes, then take action. At the end of the day, the decision is up to you...

I went to a place and met these people. They looked and acted so normal that you wouldn't suspect a thing. But if you knew the background story of how they got there you would be surprised. Now have you tried sitting or camping at a particular spot for long periods of time. What I mean is that you are not to move or go anywhere else for more then half and hour other then being rooted at the same spot.

Now that I doing this job, I find myself doing just that and I can say that it is amazing how many people I see. Like from yesterday, I manage to spot 2 old friends, my pastor, 4 buddies, one classmate and a lot of random people that I do not know.Not to mention this permanent spot that seems to appear on a particular part of my body...

So anyways it makes me think that KL ain't that big and that there are the usual hangouts that everyone goes to. I thinking that if you spend more time on the road, you are bound to meet someone you know.It is just that most of the time people(or at least me) are either cooped up at home or in the office.

So from today onwards, I will be going out and hanging out more often. So there.

Yes that was what happen after my last post on Wednesday.It was torture to say the least. It has been a while since I had a bout of food poisoning and with that diarrhea.It was tough but I'm glad it was over. On the day I had my episiode, I didn't sleep the whole night as I was going to the toilet so regularly that I contemplilated on sleeping on the toilet bowl.

Good thing I went to the doc to get myself fixed and they gave me magic pills.This->

Ok so this is a bit backdated but nevertheless I only have been able to find time to blog about this now. So yeah here goes.

For those who didn't know each cluster for Emerge is required to create a mascot and in our case it was Starscream. Now you might be wondering what is all this about. Well here you are ..

Yeah I know it is possible to build a transformers and this is what we sent out to do. In 5 nights non stop we manage to create it.Here are the pics..

So it is back to work after the long weekend.Now I am thinking that this is gonna be strange that after such a long weekend of partying and fun that everything has to return back to normal. I mean I know that everyone gonna know this ,it is just that after such a long week it is bound to affect everyone in a way.

Well a friend left for good, he went back to Penang.This is the 4 person from W16 that has to relocate to another place.We are getting smaller..

Another friend and her boyfriend got involved in 3 whole days of Emerge, attended service on Saturday and on that night itself headed to Singapore on bus for a friend convo and returned on Kl on the wee hours on Monday only to head to work on the morning itself. Respect.

Other when to Putrajaya for the fireworks and to Genting for G and R.(Gambling and Relaxation)

I mean emerge that is. So after 3 whole days of organising and performance, the Emerge 2007 conference has finally come to an end.You know I am glad that it ended well.The truth be told, I was a bit worried in the beginning of the month that the event wasn't gonna be exciting as last year.

But I guess what? I glad I was wrong this time. I gonna say that it has improve and that there is so much room and opportunity to be made and discovered.

I was gonna post some photos but somehow I could never get myself to take photos. I brought a camera but I didn't used it.Oh well that is why it is great to have friends who will supply me photos of the events. I promise I will post it up ASAP once I get the photos.

Was amazing. The amount of talent that we have in Malaysia is unbelievable. I guessing that no matter where you are in the world, there is bound to be talent, it is just a matter of finding it and polishing it. And I think we are doing just fine with this kind of events...

There were group dances and a violinist that performed yesterday. But what strike me the most was this particular guy that performed an acoustic version of classical gas.The dude was unbelievable. I mean I have seen people perform amazing feats using the other musical instruments but the guitar? That's just new.

Don't get me wrong, I think everyone can perform well using any musical instrument even the triangle for crying out loud but it is just that it is just so rare that you can find someone who can play the guitar that way.Cheers mate. All the best to you...

I was planning to blog about this item for a long time but somehow thing just got in the way. Anyways now that I have gather enough determination and inspiration to write about this. So then, I sure you tech junkies have already heard about the Iphone.

For those who are less in to technology, it is a piece of technology that combines a cellphone, iPod music player, camera, text messaging, e-mail and Web browsing.It also has a camera and a multimedia player.

Needless to say, this product is gonna be a goldmine and a cash cow and had other competitors up and standing.It made them think" Now why did we thought of this before this".
